Are you feeling stressed by what’s happening in your life? You don’t have to go through this alone. 

The IDG Mental Health and Wellness program can help. Our team can provide confidential emotional and practical support. We can help you come up with new ways of reducing stress, building healthy relationships, and overcoming other challenges life throws in your path.

  • Support groups 
  • Short-term emotional and practical support
  • Assessment and referral to other social services
  • Long-term individual, couples, and family counseling (coming soon) 
  • Accessing free benefits and services, including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), rental assistance (coming soon)
